In order to provide the Service, we utilize an email marketing company MailChimp and will need to send your information to them for use and processing in order to provide the Service. We may potentially use other third-party Services including but not limited to Google Analytics or others to help us provide you with the best Service and improve. These providers have their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service which you can read on their websites. The information will only be transferred to them in order to provide and improve the Service.
The newsletter and website contain links that will direct you to other websites that are not owned or run by us. These sites have their own Privacy Policies, Terms of Service agreements, and Cookie Policies. We are not responsible for what happens once you leave our website or other Services and visit these third-party sites.
When following, liking, or communicating with us through social media or by commenting on the blog, you acknowledge that you understand your personal information, such as username, can as a result become public information.
Your personal information may be transferred to another party if that party purchases GeekFold so that we can seamlessly continue to provide you with the Service.
